Fn::ImportValue of the export named by a parameter.
Defined here rather than re-exported: carlin bundles a template with every
import it reaches, and @ttoss/cloudformation's runtime brings its template
reader and esbuild, which fail to load inside that CJS bundle. This package
imports types only from it.
