The ramp's classes, in the order the map reads them. Rendered as the strip and returned through the selection, so the swatches are the ramp rather than a preview kept in sync with one declared elsewhere.

Offers this row's remove affordance. Meant for the ramps the reader built, which is why it is per option rather than per setting: the ones the app ships with are not the reader's to throw away. Needs onRemove on the setting — without it the affordance would have nowhere to report.
